It looks like GoPro is going to try and dethrone DJI as the leader in pocket gimbal-style cameras. According to a new patent filing, GoPro is developing a new modular camera with gimbal and handle accessories similar to the DJI Pocket 2 and is perhaps something new we could see in 2022. GoPro in an earnings call stated that GoPro would be introducing 4 new distinct products this year and we could be getting a preview of one of these new products. These new patents were published on March 10, 2022, and show us what appears to be a new mini version of the Karma Grip, perhaps there is a new Karma drone on the horizon as well?
