In this video, we are taking a look at the PGYTech Landing Gear Extension for the DJI Mavic Mini. This landing gear set gives your Mavic Mini approximately and extra inch of clearance when sitting on the ground. This can be very important sometimes especial with small drones like the Mavic Mini, it helps keep dirt and debris out of the gimbal and motors. You can also use something like a landing pad and for the most part, landing pads are a better choice. The problem with landing pads is they can be bulky and sometimes if your out sightseeing you may not want to carry a landing pad around with you all day. This is were a set of extended landing gear can come in handy. This set also folds up when not in use which helps keeps the Mavic Mini’s overall size to a minimum when packing.
