In this video, we are looking at the DJI Avata and footage captured with “Horizon Steady” enabled. This is a great option for those who want to use the DJI Avata for their everyday drone and don’t always want the look of an FPV moving horizon. The DJI Avata does a great job keeping the horizon level if you wish to capture the look of a traditional gimbal-stabilized camera drone. I have been asked if the Avata is a good drone for beginners or if should they get the Mini 3 for cinematic video. Normally I would recommend the DJI Mini 3 but with Horizon Steady video it may be a better choice as you have more flexibility in the type of content you want to capture.
