If you recall last week I was flying my DJI Avata and one of the props failed and shattered as a result my DJI Avata fell into Lake Erie and was unretrievable. I submitted a flyaway with DJI Care refresh and they were very quick to issue a new one. It took 5 days from when I submitted the request. Apparently, this has been an issue for many people. Props exploding mid-flight for no apparent reason. Just a reminder to carefully inspect your DJI Avata props before every flight, do not over-tighten them, and perhaps even replace them every 30 or 40 flights.
